We design and manufacture our own testing tools that accelerate and streamline the development of automotive technologies. These include modern testing benches, rest-bus simulators, image processing devices, and platforms for simulating real-world conditions. Thanks to automation, we can collect and evaluate data faster and more accurately, saving time and minimizing risks.
At the same time, we focus on creating prototypes and innovative solutions that push development boundaries. Our products are used not only in testing but also in brand showcase vehicles and projects leading to new patents. This helps us transfer innovation directly from the lab to the road.
Key areas of our development:
- Testing benches We develop flexible testing benches for the development of modern VW Group platforms.
- Simulators We offer widely applicable solutions for simulating real vehicle conditions in laboratory environments. These solutions simplify development and reduce costs.
- Grabbers and imaging technology We provide advanced solutions for image capturing and conversion, making testing and development of VW Group infotainment systems easier.
- Remote Test Lab A solution enabling remote access to testing benches, primarily infotainment systems.
- DiRK Platform A platform for real-time testing, enabling immediate evaluation of different scenarios and process optimization.
- Gordon A unique and fully automated solution for mass software updates across multiple control units simultaneously.
- HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) An advanced testing method enabling real-time verification of vehicle control unit functionality and safety using a highly realistic simulated environment before deployment into a real vehicle.
